2009-2010 club fees 

start-up fee: 

$400 due at signing of the player contract *

Payment schedule:

$400 due by January 1st. *

$400 due by February 1st *

Any remaining balance as a result of added tournaments and fees associated with those tournaments is due by March 1st *

Fees include:  USA volleyball membership fee, tournament fees, gym rental, equipment, coaching stipend and training, We also have a photo/videographer for team pictures, action photos, and a 6-10 minute video.  Each player will receive these at the end of the season.

Travel and lodging are each player's responsibility. 

The mandatory ref/score clinic, 2 jerseys, warm-up jacket and pants, and travel bag are each player's responsibility and are not included in the payment schedule listed above.  That amount will be approximately $200 and is due when the jerseys, warmups, and travel bag are delivered to the player.

* a $25 late fee will be assessed for any fees not received by the above dates.  In addition, the player will not be allowed to practice or play in tournaments until the account is up to date.

When submitting payment, please indicate the player's name and the team they play on so it can be correctly credited.
